Calculation Rules

Core Formula

How final marks are calculated

  • Each score is first converted to a percentage: score / maximum x 100.
  • Exam subjects use Total = Exam contribution + CA contribution.
  • Exam contribution = Exam % x 40%.
  • CA contribution is the weighted CA result, with a total weight of 60%.
  • CA Score is shown as a normalized percentage out of 100%.
  • Achievement is based on CA Score. Final Grade is based on Total.
